PS, the grit bin has arrived and I'm now double checking with Miller Homes that they still own the land at the side of the road. They gave me permission in the summer to put the bin near to the entrance to the estate and once they reply I'll get it installed.

    i wouldnt have thought jubilee way was in a flood risk area ? ive checked before it isnt, the railway line is 16 foot below us and goes to ormskirk .... lol ... buckingham palace has more chance than us ...... lol
